Great for wearing with your chosen OrthoSole products our OrthoSole Heel Lifts are designed with the same EVA attributes as all of our other products, meaning we can support your everyday footwear needs.

OrthoSole heel lifts are sold in pairs and are available in 6 different thicknesses (4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm)

A Small Heel Lift usually fits a UK 3-6 shoe size

A Medium Heel Lift usually fits a UK 7-9 shoe size

A Large Heel Lift usually fits a UK 10-13 shoe size.

The heel lifts will stay fixed in place with the 3M sticky tape, and they work especially well underneath an OrthoSole insole.

Our heel lifts can help people with ailments and conditions, for example those with Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles Tendonitis and leg discrepancies (one leg longer or shorter than the other).

We recommend wearing our heel lifts either under a single foot to help with leg length discrepancy, under both feet so not to put your body out of line by causing an imbalance, or under both feet to simply boost your height.

Our heel lifts can be prescribed by professionals who have measured leg differences in millimeters, and then the correct size chosen to be added to a person’s footwear to assist them.
