The Benefits of OrthoSole
How can OrthoSole Help Me?
Insoles are typically designed to improve the fit of your shoes – but the intelligent orthotic solutions from OrthoSole take this concept one step further.
Unlike many other shoe inserts, our patented products provide you with a custom-fitting support system to optimize your insole’s unique cushion and support. All of our products can be fully adjusted to deliver a specific level of support for your foot arch and metatarsal bones by you selecting the firmest arch and metatarsal pieces that are most comfortable to you.
The benefits of our insoles stretch far beyond simply improving your posture and ensuring a comfortable fit. As well as easing heel impact, stabilising the ankle joints and relieving pressure points during movement, the unique shape and fabric of our OrthoSole insoles will also help keep your feet cool, dry and free from odour.
So what are the Benefits of OrthoSole?

The OrthoSole design of support and comfort will help with foot fatigue, working to reduce swelling, aches, cramps and generalised pain in the lower body.
Improved foot positioning will improve knee alignment and will help reduce knee pain.
The combination of OrthoSole’s adjustable support system and cushioning materials work together to evenly distribute body weight and help reduce stress and shock to the lower back.
Pain and pressure under the metatarsal bones, which are found in the middle of the feet, will be reduced by the support of discreet metatarsal pads.
Improved foot positioning improves ankle alignment, which in turn helps reduce ankle pain.
OrthoSole’s triple heel cushioning layer helps to protect the heel, reducing heel stress and pain.
The arch pad within our insoles will improve support to the arch of the foot for a better foothold, resulting in a noticeable reduction in pain as a result of plantar fasciitis. The firmest arch piece is recommended for those who suffer from this condition, but it must feel comfortable.

By aligning your foot into its optimal position and providing improved cushioning, OrthoSole reduces the excessive traction forces that cause pain and inflammation in the shin area. Take a break from heavy activity if you have shin splints and start again with OrthoSole’s shoe inserts to feel the difference!
The arch pad increases support to the arch of the foot, improving overall foot stability.
The heel chassis will help support under-pronation as the foot rolls out during the gait cycle.
The improved pressure distribution will increase blood circulation in the feet and the lower body.

We say for the Thin Style Insoles are able to fit into the Tighter Fitting Shoes that the Max Cushion can’t. Our Lite Style Insoles are similar to the Thin Style but they have less PORON® (PORON® is shock absorbing material) and are approximatly 1mm thicker.
So if you are looking for a less costly option of our products with the same detachable components then we recommend out Lite Style if you have room in the shoe, however if you are looking for the added benefits of our Shock Absorbing materials then we recommend our Max Cushion for deeper shoes and our Thin Style for more tighter fitting shoes.
Shock Absorbing Benefits of OrthoSole
Customers are increasingly choosing OrthoSole insoles for everyday wear – and not least because these products relieve the pressure placed on your feet by absorbing damaging shockwaves during movement.
They may appear light and unassuming, but thanks to the innovative PORON® that’s used within all of our shoe insoles, these products boast incredible shock absorption properties.
Why is shock absorption important?
Our feet are constantly under strain. If they are not provided with adequate support – even during everyday activities – then regular wear and tear can cause more significant damage, leading to ongoing discomfort and a wide range of painful conditions.
By ensuring that our shoe insoles have excellent shock absorption properties, OrthoSole ensures that more energy is absorbed by the insole during every foot strike, which takes some of the pressure off the joints and soft tissues of the body.
Shock absorbing insoles are vital for athletes. As well as alleviating pain in the muscles and joints, these shoe inserts also reduce the risk of injury. But that’s not to say that these products are purely for those who love to exercise
If you’re on your feet all day, or simply find that you feel sore and uncomfortable after prolonged periods of walking, you will benefit from wearing shock absorbing insoles in your regular shoes.
The beauty of the shock absorbing insoles from OrthoSole is that they are highly effective and yet still discreet and stylish enough to fit into any type of footwear. You’ll feel more comfortable within minutes of customising your insoles with the level of support that you need.
