Answer: Yes! You can freely use the different heights completely in line with your unique needs for each foot. The advantage of OrthoSole is precisely the individual adaptability that allows full adaptation without restrictions.
Answer: OrthoSole Thin Style can be used in any shoe that allows your OrthoSole insoles to fit snug in the shoe, leave sufficient room for your toes to move, and fit comfortably when worn in the shoe, the insert replaces the existing sock liner in the shoes, which is recommended to taken out of the shoes if you can to create as much space as possible for the Thin Style Insoles.
Answer: Our Thin Style Insoles are approximately 5mm at the heel and tapering off to the toes at 3mm (all of our insoles are 3mm in the toe area for added comfort)

All of our insoles should arrive with the medium support pads already in place, the firm and light pieces for your arch and metatarsal can be found in a little bag inside the product packaging, this way you can choose your support system and keep the pieces for easy changing of the strengths in the future.
Answer: Not every number 7 plastic can be recycled or reused so it’s important to check your local council’s policy for this type.
