Introducing our New Heel Lift range!
The OrthoSole Heel Lift has been redeveloped to be the same as you remember it… but better! Including key updates to the packaging and user guide.
The heel lifts should stay fixed in place with the 3M sticky tape, and they work especially well underneath an OrthoSole insole.
We recommend wearing our heel lifts either under a single foot to help with leg length discrepancy, under both feet so not to put your body out of line by causing an imbalance, or under both feet to simply boost your height.

Returns are up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your goods.

Answer: A Heel Lift is a product that is used to either provide comfort under a single foot if you have a leg length discrepancy or under both feet to provide a height boost.
Answer: Nope! Our Heel Lifts have no left and right foot we just like even numbers!
You can easily place 1 in each shoe to boost your height or 1 in one shoe for leg length discrepancy and the other one in a different pair. (always consult a qualified health care professional before purchase)

Answer: OrthoSole heel lifts are sold in pairs and are available in 6 different thicknesses (4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm)
A Small Heel Lift usually fits a UK 3-6 shoe size
A Medium Heel Lift usually fits a UK 7-9 shoe size
A Large Heel Lift usually fits a UK 10-13 shoe size.
Answer: OrthoSole Heel Lifts are designed with a sticky tape to minimize movement in the shoe, this tape is on the bottom of the product so that it can be stuck directly to the inside bottom sole of the shoe.
Answer: We sell our Heel Lifts in pairs, there is no left foot and right foot with this product but who doesn’t like even numbers?
We will always ship our Heel Lifts in pairs to make sure our customers have the products they need for the comfort they are looking for.
